The Malti Poo is a hybrid of the Maltese and the Poodle. They are a member of the toy breed group.

Malti Poo are very intelligent and very easy to train. They are attentive and learn commands easily.

They love people and love to play and due to their small size and loving nature the also love to cuddle and be held.

It is important to socialize you dog. A well socialized dog will function in differnt situations well.

Malti Poo, being a toy breed, usually weighs under 10 lbs.

They are small dogs and do well in a condo or appartment. Although regular walks are not required they will make for a happier puppy.

The Malti Poo is non-shedding and considered hypo-allergenic. Everyone is different though, so if you have allergies make sure you are okay before thinking about bringing a puppy in to your home.

They will require regular grooming with a hair cut every 6 to 8 weeks.
