Our Guarantee

The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time you take possession.

If the puppy, within 48 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health (internal, external parasites excluded) the buyer must notify and return the puppy to us uninjured and unharmed within 24 hours with a written statement from your veterinarian.  Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract.  PurdyPuppy then agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) to us.  PurdyPuppy and its agents are not liable for Veterinary or other costs incurred.

Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects making him unsuitable as a pet for 1 year from the date of birth.  If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian's written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange.  The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available.  An exchange will be given only upon receipt of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and the report from a licensed veterinarian.  PurdyPuppy is not responsible for any expenses incurred.  Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense.

Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it.  It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately.  Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis or contract is void.

The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care.  The buyer agrees to follow PurdyPuppy’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.

All of our puppies are sold as pets. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability.  We have given your puppy lots of love, care, and attention.  He/she will need the same attention from you.

PurdyPuppy and it agents are bound by this agreement to original buyer only.  We are unable to allow returns of puppies or cash reimbursements except under the terms of this agreement as we are unable to ensure the level of care that the puppy receives once it has left our possession.
